Welcome to Idaho RRC

President’s Message

Welcome to 2025!

Dear Idaho RRC Members,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I begin my second year as your Idaho RRC State President. Reflecting on 2024, I’m filled with pride for all we accomplished together, and I’m even more energized for the opportunities ahead in 2025.

Last year, we focused on "Growth," and the results were inspiring. From hosting 10 impactful events across the state to welcoming new members and celebrating those who achieved their CRS designation, our collective efforts made Idaho RRC stronger than ever. The connections we built, the skills we sharpened, and the milestones we reached set the stage for an even brighter year ahead.

Looking ahead to 2025, our focus is on "Engagement." This year, we aim to deepen the connections among our members, provide more value through top-notch education and networking, and expand opportunities to collaborate and lead. Here’s just a taste of what’s in store:

Sell-a-bration 2025 in Nashville (March 17-19): A premier event to connect, learn, and grow with the best in the industry. RRC/WCR Safety Summit (May 14): A vital collaboration dedicated to promoting safety and best practices. Reno Joint Event (May 15-17): Partnering with five other states for classes, networking, and unforgettable experiences. Quarterly Networking Events: Bringing members together regularly across the state to build relationships and share expertise. Coeur d'Alene Meet & Greet (February 19-21): Kicking off the year with education sessions and a happy hour. CRS Week in September: Stay tuned for more exciting details! 2025 Idaho State Meeting in Coeur d'Alene: Dates to be announced, but you can expect another fantastic gathering. The full 2025 schedule will be released in January, so keep an eye out for even more opportunities to connect and grow.

As always, we’re looking for members who are ready to step up and get involved. Whether you’re interested in volunteering, sharing your ideas, or taking on a leadership role, we welcome your participation. Reach out to any of our State Leaders.

Thank you for your dedication, energy, and support. I’m honored to continue serving as your President and can’t wait to see what we achieve together in 2025. Let’s make this year one of meaningful engagement and shared success!

Warm regards, Tami Sims President, Idaho RRC
