VIRTUAL SUMMIT

Many AI sessions and panels can leave you impressed by the presenter, with your head spinning, yet lacking a plan or a "what to do next" feeling. This panel is 3 CRSs with 3 very different business models who will share exactly HOW they use AI in their business, WHAT TOOLS they have implemented, HOW it makes their business more efficient, and the financing investment.

Sometimes, step-by-step sharing is the easiest way to eat the AI elephant.

Learning objectives:

  • The panel focuses on how AI is actually used in real businesses—sharing specific tools, processes, and results rather than abstract ideas or hype.
  • Instead of overwhelming audiences, the session emphasizes breaking AI adoption into manageable steps—making it easier to understand “what to do next.”
  • The speakers will explain not just efficiency gains, but also the cost, financing, and return on investment of AI, giving a realistic picture of adoption.

Meet Kim

Kim Cameron, CRS, is an undiagnosed real estate addict from St. Louis, MO, running her successful team since 2004. She is a high-energy speaker, trainer, and top-producing REALTOR®. As an RPAC Major Investor, Kim is committed to advocacy, protecting property rights, and home ownership. She has served the Residential Real Estate Council Board of Directors, Region 6 & Region 8 Vice President, Missouri RRC President, Finance Committee, and Masterminds. Kim currently serves on the Missouri REALTORS® Board and Strategic Planning.

Meet Tom

Real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a life-changing experience, and I’m committed to making the process smooth, stress-free, and rewarding. With a client-first approach, I blend market expertise, data-driven insights, and a personal touch to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)—the highest designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors—I bring a level of experience, professionalism, and commitment to excellence that sets me apart.

Meet Eric

Eric Sultan has been selling real estate in Denver for nearly 20 years and has spent most of that time working in neighborhoods like Congress Park, City Park, Park Hill, Montclair, and Mayfair. Along the way, he's helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate major life transitions and learned that the real estate business is ultimately a people business.

He's been involved with CRS for more than 14 years and is proud to be a Real Estate Star Power Star. Eric regularly teaches, speaks on panels, and enjoys sharing ideas that help agents build better businesses and stronger client relationships.

Over the last few years, artificial intelligence has become one of the most useful tools in his business. What started as a promise to himself not to be left behind turned into a daily habit. Today, Eric uses AI to help write video scripts, create marketing campaigns, analyze neighborhoods, improve SEO, organize client databases, prepare for negotiations, solve unusual transaction problems, and build systems that save time without sacrificing service.

Eric is the creator of Denver Block by Block, a local media platform focused on Denver neighborhoods, housing trends, financing strategies, and homeownership. Much of the research, planning, and content development behind that project now involves AI.

He's also learned that AI doesn't always get it right. A recent home improvement project went badly off course after he followed AI advice, and one client didn't hesitate to point out that an email sounded more like ChatGPT than Eric. Those experiences have convinced him that while AI is an incredible tool, it still requires judgment, experience, and a healthy dose of skepticism.

What interests Eric most isn't the technology itself. It's what happens when professionals can spend less time staring at blank screens and more time thinking, creating, solving problems, and connecting with people. His goal is to help agents use AI in practical ways that make their businesses better today while avoiding some of the mistakes he's already made along the way.
