President’s Message
Howdy Texas RRC.
It is an honor to be your State President for 2025 and along with the rest of the 2025 Leadership Team, we welcome you to a year full of promise, opportunities, and growth for our chapter, our profession, and each of you. Over the years, our industry has consistently demonstrated three key qualities: resiliency, consistency, and adaptability. These traits have been the bedrock of our success, guiding us through challenges and propelling us forward. As we move into 2025, these principles will continue to serve as our foundation, empowering us to not just sustain but build upon the incredible legacy of our profession.
Our mission remains clear: to foster deeper connections, inspire growth, and strengthen the bonds within our real estate community across Texas. We’re here to elevate your experience—not just as members of RRC Texas but as professionals dedicated to excellence.
In 2025, we’ll bring more opportunities to your doorstep with events that combine education, networking, and fun. From “Donuts and Discussion” to “Tacos and Tequila,” these gatherings aren’t just events—they’re opportunities to engage, collaborate, and grow your network. Whether you’re in a metropolitan area or a smaller community, we’re here to ensure every member feels seen, supported, and included. If you have an idea for a local event or initiative, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we’ll tailor opportunities to fit your unique market.
Our signature events for Texas will be Texas REALTORS Winter Meeting in February and Texas REALTORS Shaping Texas Conference in August. Additionally, the national flagship conference, Sell-A-Bration, will take place in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an extraordinary opportunity for networking and education with peers from across the country. And finally, we’re thrilled to announce that RRC Texas will serve as the National Night Out host during the NAR Conference in Houston this November.
This year, the 2025 Leadership Team & I challenge each of you to embrace the mantra: Be One, Bring One. Be the professional who embodies excellence, integrity, and collaboration. And bring others along on this journey—invite your colleagues to join RRC Texas, encourage them to pursue the CRS designation, and share the benefits of being part of a community that supports growth and achievement.
If you want to become a volunteer, don't hesitate to contact any of the State Leaders listed below or email TexasRRCBoard@gmail.com
