Meet Nate


Nate Johnson, CRS has been speaking to groups around the country, large and small, for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through his teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and teaches the Smart Growth for the 21st Century class, which helps REALTORS® gain a better understanding of how to build communities in a sustainable way. He also instructs the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) & Bias Override classes which focus on Fair Housing & Diversity. Nate is also a certified REBAC Instructor and teaches the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation course. Nate is an approved instructor for the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and instructs the CRS course 7 Things Successful Agents Do Differently. Nate also instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Development, Professional Development, Leadership, and more. Nate is the President of Real Estate Solutions, a full-service commercial & residential real estate brokerage with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Nate also serves in an Agent Development role for Redkey Realty Leaders, which is the largest independent real estate brokerage in St. Louis. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, Nate served as the 2024 Vice President of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS®. He was also the 2021 Chairman of the Sustainability Advisory Group for the National Association of REALTORS®, he served as the 2018 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, and the 2011 President of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
