WEBINAR
With a massive amount of legal changes hitting the real estate industry, we are seeing changes in almost every area of our profession. The Department of Justice and the recent settlement highlight the largest issues, however, we are seeing post-pandemic-related issues as well as disclosure issues, agency issues , and broker-to-broker issues as we navigate all the legal battles presented in full light through the media. This webinar will look closely at the major issues that every agent should be aware in order to best protect themselves and their clients so they can balance the difference between being the best real estate professional with the unauthorized practice of law.
In this webinar we will learn the best ways of providing information about these legal issues without acting as an attorney, we will identify scripts that can be used, and learn the best ways to stay informed of changing laws to be the best real estate professional possible in the continued ever-changing real estate world.
