RECORDING

What is it about the power of stories that can help set us apart from competitors, better connect with (and persuade) our luxury clients, and ultimately make us more successful as luxury real estate experts? In this story-filled speech, Jack illustrates how agents can effectively use stories to be more compelling, unique, persuasive and successful in their interactions with luxury clients.

The characteristics of the four categories of High Net Worth Individuals will be explained. You will learn how to use stories to connect with them regardless of generational or wealth differences.

Stories are used extensively in the marketing of luxury automobiles, large diamonds and fine art sold at auction. This presentation shows agents how to harness the power of story in luxury real estate including how the three parts of a good story can be used to dramatically increase the effectiveness of luxury real estate presentations.

Video story-telling is expected now in Luxury Real Estate. Agents will learn to use the six-part PIXAR story formula to make listing videos stand out.
