Luxury Commission Defense Strategies

Luxury Home Sellers are, for the most part, accomplished, successful, hard-driving and careful with their money. They also tend to be great negotiators often doing transactions in the tens of millions of not billions of dollars. They HATE overspending for anything and the Luxury Real Estate Specialist is often the victim of their passion for value.
This fast-paced and intense 60-minute session will teach you a process for conveying your value in a way that is more likely to gain "buy-in" from High-Net-Worth Sellers. Having a value process will differentiate you from luxury competitors.
The higher you go in price, the less you can be seen as a commodity. The first step to defending your fee, therefore, is to be seen as unique, different, and one who brings value to the proposition to getting an estate sold. The only way a commodity or toll taker agent to compete is on price. If you are tired of being seen as a ‘toll-taker’ on the ‘get your home sold highway’ this class is for you.
