RECORDING
Want to stand out as the go-to agent in your market? This session explores practical ways to use financial and investment tools as powerful touchpoints with past and potential clients. You'll learn how to spot relevant trends, translate them into value for your audience, use tools to demonstrate how to negotiate best, how to position properties as investments, and become a trusted resource—not just another agent.
In this webinar recording we will look at finance and investment ideas that help Buyers and Sellers understand how to understand the changing financial environment by showing them simple tools to understand how their negotiations and market position can be demonstrated easily to help the other party reduce fear of loss in interest changes and create the desire to act promptly. We will look at investment strategies to better position homes to a wider targeted audience while recognizing that everyone is a potential investor even when not looking to purchase an owner-occupied home.
