RECORDING

In the current higher interest rate environment investor margins have narrowed. During this session we will discuss how to present opportunities to help them achieve their investment goals even when higher interest rates reduce cash flow. Presenting a full investment picture can help investor clients overcome their reservations.

Residential investors represent a large percentage of all transactions. Real estate agents need to learn how to present investment value propositions in today's market when higher interest rates limit ROI opportunities.
