Meet Ivan

With over half a billion in sales and 14 years of experience, Ivan Estrada has become one of the most sought-after real estate agents in Los Angeles. Ivan travels nationwide as a featured speaker, commentator, and panelist for Inman, The National Association of REALTORS® and California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, The Real Deal, USC, multiple local real estate associations, and over 100 podcasts throughout the country. He has also established himself very well in Los Angeles by becoming a member of several boards, most notably as a member of the advisory council for “The Los Angeles Natural History Museum” and the prestigious Forbes National Real Estate Council.

Meet Mara

Mara Flash Blum, associate broker and senior global real estate advisor, has been consistently ranked among Sotheby’s International Realty top producers and among the top 100  real estate professionals in the country as reported by The Wall Street Journal/REALTrends. She has achieved over $1 billion in sales. In 2020, Mara joined The Field Team as a senior partner and head of its downtown division. In 2022 and 2023, The Field Team was the #1 team nationwide with Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. with over $5 billion in sales. The team services their client’s real estate portfolios through global partnerships and an extensive referral network.

Her hard work, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and tenacious spirit propels her to close deals under any market condition. One of her many accomplishments includes the successful sellout of the most distinguished new development prewar condominium in New York City, the $80 million penthouse sale at 212 Fifth Avenue.

Josh Dotoli is a prominent figure in the Fort Lauderdale real estate scene, and his impressive resume reflects his extensive experience and success. With a deep connection to Fort Lauderdale, Josh has established himself as a trailblazer, working with developers, selling the area’s prized estates and condos, and handling the most complex buyer scenarios.

One of his notable achievements is the founding of DOTOLI Group 2013, a distinguished real estate team that ranks among the top 1% nationwide. Their affiliation with Compass, a Fortune 500 company and the leading residential real estate brokerage in the United States, further highlights their industry prowess.

Meet Greg

Greg Gorman, Broker-Associate, CRB, CRS, CPS, GRI,MilRES, a licensed REALTOR® since 1992. He is an international speaker and trainer, served his local board as Director and as a member of 30+ committees, Florida Association of REALTORS® State Committees, Florida CRS Educational Chair and has been recognized by his local Board as their 1994 Member Rising Star; and 1995 REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® of the Year. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
