Meet Shay

Shay Hata is an Ivy League grad, mom, and residential REALTOR® in Chicago, IL with Berkshire Hathaway. She moved to Chicago in 2012 and jumped into real estate in a brand new city where she didn't know anyone and was new to real estate. Now 10 years later she averages 175 transactions a year and $75M in transaction volume and has a small team of 2 other agents and 4 assistants. In 2020 Shay moved to Denver so Shay now runs her Chicago-based team out of Denver, CO. Shay is passionate about animal rescue as well as making sure every child has access to a quality education, therefore, she donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups and local schools.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
