This is one of five of the CRS Week Chats. Each session will be 20 minutes. In this session, speakers Fara Captain, CRS, and Marissa Hertzog, will tell you why you should be using Instagram Reels and how to use Reels.

Fara and Marissa will give you some tips and ideas on how to get started and how to improve on what you are already doing.

Meet Fara

Fara Captain, CRS is a dynamic changemaker who believes in building an inclusive environment in both the real estate industry and in the City of Memphis Fara is a Multi-Million Dollar Club Life member and currently ranks in the top 4% in the Memphis Area. Fara Captain was recently honored as the 2020 Executive of the Year by the Memphis Business Journal for raising the bar in the real estate industry and paving the path with her newly founded company. She was recently on the front cover for the Residential Specialist magazine, as a young CRS making a difference. She will be inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Crusader by RIS Media in the next few months for the Allyship efforts she took in 2020 on speaking up against racism. Captain recently completed her certification in Diversity and Inclusion at eCornell University. She hopes to continue to inspire and educate her peers and her city through inclusive practices. She is currently working on growing the next generation of real estate leaders through her firm Captain & Co. Real Estate LLC.

Meet Marissa

Marissa Hertzog has spent the past five years dedicated to growing as a realtor and providing value to her clients. Marissa is a Multi Million Dollar Club 2020 member and currently ranks in the top 16% in the Memphis area. Passionate about ending domestic violence, she is currently serving as the Board Secretary of the Greater Memphis YWCA. Driven to pursue continuing education when she is not working in her business, Marissa also makes time to enjoy Memphis life with her fiancé, daughter and dogs. Marissa is also a member of RRC and is on her way to obtaining the CRS Designation.

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
