Meet Shannon


Shannon McGahn is the Chief Advocacy Officer for the National Association of REALTORS®, which represents more than 1.3 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

Shannon is responsible for leading NAR’s Advocacy Group, which includes Federal Legislative and Political Affairs and Political Representative teams. She provides strategic advice on public policy issues impacting NAR and helps direct its Independent Expenditure and Public Advocacy programs.


Meet Holli


Holli Woodward, is a broker associate. She has been in residential real estate for 21 years. Her passion for serving her clients and the industry led her to volunteer at her local and state boards as well as the National Association of REALTORS®. She has served on numerous committees and as 2021 RPAC Participation Council Chair and Travel Team for NAR. Holli proudly served as the 2020 Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® president amid the pandemic and is currently serving as the 2022 President of the Residential Real Estate Council, the largest affiliate member of the National Association of REALTORS® representing their global membership of approx. 30,000 members and growing. She and her business partner/son Joshua Woodward, a 10 year REALTOR® strive to be at the forefront of the industry on behalf of their "lifelong" clients who they consider the family they "choose!" They are both Major investors in RPAC, Holli is a President's Circle member. Holli serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for NAR, and travels to her state capitol as needed and Washington DC each May to speak to legislators about bills/legislation that affect homeowner and property owner rights. Holli was installed in the 2020 RPAC Hall of Fame. Honesty and Integrity have been and will remain the foundation of their business.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
