Meet Pam

Pam Ruggeroli, CRS, is an associate broker with Long Realty in Tucson, Arizona, and is a past president of Arizona RRC and the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. She has volunteered with RRC at the local, state, and national levels since 2007.

Meet Tricia

As a former Elementary School teacher, Tricia has always been passionate about education, setting goals, and inspiring others to help make their dreams come true. Tricia has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 for the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®. On September 17, 2021, Dream Home Realty Hawaii was established. It was a long-awaited goal of Tricia’s to open her own brokerage with her partner and niece, Tori. Everyone has a dream and a story; Tricia’s desire is to give everyone an opportunity to write their story and create their happily ever after.

Tricia’s volunteer services from her State, Local, and National positions over the years have led her to where she is today. Her mission is to be a positive influence and inspire others to grow professionally and personally through education, engagement, and involvement.

Meet Natalie

As a Colorado REALTOR®, National Speaker, and Business Coach, Natalie Davis is committed to inspiring real estate professionals, companies, and organizations to excel to be intentional industry thought leaders.

With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has worked with Associations and Brokerages to facilitate both strategic and business planning and teaches the NAR At Home with Diversity, the NAR Implicit Bias Override Courses, and a variety of other business and personal development courses. Natalie is also a Ninja Coach and Mastery for Associates Guide for Ninja Selling, helping agents across the country to build an evergreen business. And in 2023, she will serve as the President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR).

Kathleen Ryan, CRS is a Metro Washington DC REALTOR® of 18+ years. Licensed in MD, DC, and VA. RLAH @properties. CRS, GRI, CIPS, e-PRO, MRP, SRES, Crypto Certified agent. Former Senior Computer Engineer. 2022 RRC Education Contributor of the Year. Social Audio Clubhouse app moderator in International and Global Real Estate Clubs. Extensive domestic and international traveler.

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
