Is social media making you crazy? Have you ever UNFRIENDED someone (or had someone unfriend you)? If you have ever shaken your head and wondered what happened, perhaps your answer lies in how you are playing in today's social media sandbox.

During this highly interactive course, agents receive the essential elements of engagement - utilizing social media to build bridges of connection with today's highly connected consumers while avoiding stepping on landmines.
