Demetria Scott, CRS is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals make their homeownership and investment dreams a reality. As Founder & Team Lead of the 1st Home DMV Team of Long & Foster Real Estate, Demetria heads a group of agents dedicated to assisting 1st time homebuyers, homesellers, and real estate investors. Since 2019, the 1st Home DMV Team has received recognition as a top-tanked Long & Foster Real Estate Team in Baltimore City. Demetria has earned a reputation across the field for her leadership, mentoring, and commitment to improving Real Estate law and regulation. Presently, she serves as Governor Wes Moore's Baltimore City appointee to the Maryland Real Estate Commission. In addition, she is in her third term on the Board of Directors for the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), an international organization dedicated to supporting jurisdictions in the administration and enforcement of their real estate license laws.
