In this webinar we will dive into the different opportunities available for short-term rentals. We will look closely at how to maximize the opportunities for success through pricing, marketing, staging, and other key concepts which result in successful real estate investments.


During the webinar we will identify strategies to maintain the short-term rentals daily needs of cleaning, what platforms to use to reach guests, what rules and regulations should be in place, access for guests, and communication ideas to provide the greatest experience.


Finally, we will take a close look at the challenges of short-term rentals, including the time constraints, the repair issues, and local government and community regulations that are impacting the investments.

Meet Stacy

Stacy Hamilton, CRS entered real estate in 2008, at a time when the industry was grim. She worked her way through a difficult time with determination and grit and has since become a top producer in Central Arkansas.


Stacy joined Coldwell Banker RPM, a leading real estate brokerage, to further her involvement and participation in the real estate industry locally and at the National Association of REALTOR® level. Stacy is recognized as a dynamic and engaging speaker and communicates her strategies of social media, client relations, marketing, investments and negotiations to REALTORS® everywhere. Stacy prides herself on her professionalism and experience. She aims to be a long-term, real estate advisor to her clients.


She wears many hats—cleaning lady, interior designer, and delivery service. She will do whatever it takes to accomplish a successful closing. Stacy's clients become friends and their happiness is very important to her—a very good motivator for her!

Stacy was elected Little Rock REALTOR® of the Year in 2021, and in 2018. Many local publications have recognized her as a top local REALTOR®, and Soiree has recognized her as one of Little Rocks Best Real Estate Agents for 10 years running. Stacy is the current Arkansas REALTORS® Association's District Vice President for District 4 and was 2017 president of Little Rock REALTORS® Association.


Stacy owns The Baker, a boutique luxury hotel in downtown North Little Rock, and is involved in a multitude of short-term rentals. Stacy has two precious little ones, ages nine and seven, who keep her on her toes and make life exciting! Stacy has two nonprofits that are important to her: Ozark Mission Project, a mission-driven organization that brings youth into communities to help repair and improve neighbors' homes who need assistance, and the Beverly Carter Foundation, which serves to create a lasting, substantive, positive impact on safety for every real estate agent.


Stacy has a specialization in historic homes and focuses on maintaining and preserving these important properties in her community.

No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
