Meet Kim


Kim Knapp, CRS had her real estate career begin in 2000 when she sold $6 million in her first year and became the top producer of her company. In 2005, she began training other agents while selling and running a team. Today, Knapp has a team, trains, speaks, travels, serves on her local MLS Board, the Board of REALTORS® Educational Task Force, and is the founder of one of the largest REBar Camps in the country.  Kim is also a CRS Certified Instructor.


Meet Neal


Neal Oates, Jr, is an expert who speaks, coaches, and is a creator serving audiences big and small. He positively impacts the lives of those he encounters through intentional action, and he is proud to make a living by inspiring, motivating, and "Turning Owners Into Leaders.


Neal’s goal for each engagement is to speak to the hearts of his audience. Using a combination of passion, laughter, and common-sense conversations, he helps audiences identify opportunities, create action plans for implementation, and leave empowered & equipped to experience new levels of success.


Meet Cyndee


Serving the Tampa Bay area since 2005, Cyndee Haydon, CRS, realized how emotional and complicated the probate and estate administration process is and wanted to do more to help. That led her to learn all she could and build strong partnerships with numerous businesses and professionals in the industry. Over the years, Cyndee’s caring approach to "people over house" continues to earn her team the trust and confidence of her clients, executors, trustees, and professionals and she is recognized as one of Real Trends Top 1/2% of agents nationwide this year.


Meet Jorge


Jorge L. Guerra Jr. is the president and chief executive officer of Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) and has been responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and growth since its inception in 2005. Guerra’s extensive experience as a former agent, the founder, and owner of a thriving brokerage, an association executive, and a highly regarded keynote speaker has equipped him to remain on top of emerging issues and trends impacting the future of real estate.


Jorge is a dynamic industry thought leader. Since launching his brokerage firm Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) 15 years ago, his company has grown significantly with four offices throughout South Florida and over 475 agents. A real estate expert and International Keynote speaker, Guerra knew that it was no longer about curb appeal, but rather web appeal. Through the marriage between digital marketing and real estate, Guerra’s uber-successful firm and strategic vision catapulted him into success. Most recently, he was named the 2020 Chairman of the Miami Association of REALTORS®, the largest real estate association in the nation and the 2021 Global Liaison of the National Association of REALTORS®.


Meet Sean


Sean Carpenter is the former Director of Training and Development for NRT Ohio who has been a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker King Thompson since 1998. Sean led a successful career in real estate before becoming a branch manager in 2003. He loved the training and coaching part of the job and was elevated to the Agent Development role in 2005.


Sean has been recognized as one of Inman News 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate (2013), he’s been one of Swanepoel’s Top 20 Most Influential Social Media Voices in Real Estate since 2016 and was recently added to Homespotter’s Top 100 List and Contactually’s 10 Influencers to Have on Your Radar.


Meet Deanna


Deanna Foerman, CRS attended the University of North Florida where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Business Marketing and Management. With this focus, she worked in the financial industry for nearly twenty years where her primary responsibilities were Relationship Management and Fund Reconciliation with various mutual fund companies. Each of these roles required extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills which have served her well in her real estate career.


Meet Tom


Tom Yates, CRS, joined the U. S. Navy right out of high school, where he served for four years on board The USS Halsey. Married for 38 years, with two daughters and one granddaughter, Tom spent 31 years with the US Postal Service, rising to the Postmaster in Starke, Florida. Having owned residences in Jacksonville, Orange Park, and Fleming Island, Florida, Tom and his wife now reside in St. Johns, where he enjoys all aspects of the First Coast lifestyle. Tom supports several local nonprofits, including Safe Animal Shelter, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, and CBV Cares, a fundraising organization run by Tom's brokerage.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
