Returns, Resignations, Recruiting: Emerging Issues Facing Teams

One thing is certain – COVID-19 did not slow down real estate sales one iota. It did, however, sow tremendous confusion as to how real estate businesses – especially teams – are to function going forward. With COVID-19 restrictions off again – on again, teams are grappling with members reticent to return to the office, a disintegration of the talent pool due to government handouts and questions about the future of brick-and-mortar structures.

On the other side of the coin, crowds are flocking to re-opened open houses, buyer tours are in full swing, and clients are requesting to meet in person instead of enduring Zoom consultations. Couple this with agents who have grown extremely comfortable with virtual meetings and you have a recipe for confusion.

This webinar will help sort through some of the confusion teams are facing and help pave the way forward into the newly emerging future ahead of us.
