Dave Dalfino has been a trainer and a Certified Real Estate Inspector, dealing with Residential and Commercial properties for over 40 years. Combining his architectural, building and property management backgrounds gives him an ideal position to educate the real estate community with his training and mentoring. Dave presents many proprietary courses, and 'how to' guides on real estate topics throughout S.E. Michigan. With the belief that 'learning should be fun' and "knowledge is powerful" Dave's information is very both positive and helpful. RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
