Meet Shannon
Shannon Buss, CRS is the education director for RRC New England. She is a senior trainer with Dynamic Directions with a focus on strategic planning and leadership development. She served as the 2021 Chair of the NAR Leadership Academy and the 2020 President of the RI Association of Realtors. She currently serves as Broker of Sotheby's Cape Cod offices in Osterville, Falmouth, and Sandwich.
