Meet Kim


Selling just over $6 million her first year Kim was off and running. Over the last 20 years, Kim has closed over 500,000 million in volume, helping over 2000 Buyers and Sellers. Kim is a CRS and Florida REALTOR Instructor, a National Speaker including 2-time NAR speaker. Today Knapp manages an almost half a billion dollar in annual sales Coldwell Banker office, teaches, serves on her local MLS Board, was awarded REALTOR of the Year and Educator of the Year by her local board, and is the founder of one of the largest REBar Camps in the country. She loves real estate and the people in it.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
