Pedro Pereira is the CEO/UCI marketing and direct channel manager for PIR ( Portuguese International Realty), a Portugal Cooperating Association to NAR. He has significant experience in B2B commercial marketing, focused on real estate and mortgage markets.

Meet Sara

Sara Quadros has a Law degree and is a postgraduate in International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of the University of Lisbon. Sara started her professional career at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Department of Americas. After that experience, she moved to Brussels and worked as a Junior Counsellor at the Portuguese Delegation to NATO. Since 2020 Sara has been responsible for the Legal Office of APEMIP, where she works on subjects directly related to the legal regime of real estate mediation.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
