Meet Kim


Kim Knapp, CRS started her real estate career in 2000 after moving to Florida from Upstate NY. Selling just over $6 million her first year she was off and running. Over the last 20 years Kim has closed almost 500,000 million in volume, helping over 2000 Buyers and Sellers. Kim is a CRS and Florida Realtor Instructor, a National Speaker including 2-time NAR speaker. Today Knapp is the Broker of the Coldwell Banker Vanguard office in Fleming Island, teaches, served on her local MLS Board, was awarded Realtor of the Year and Educator of the Year by her local board and is the founder of one of the largest REBar Camps in the country. She loves real estate and the people in it.

Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
