We will discuss how to prepare for a new hire's day one, strategies for discussions from day one, and how to set new team members up for success.

No matter the size of your business, setting new team members up for success is one of the most critical responsibilities a manager has. Providing a positive onboarding experience will save you effort, money, and more importantly-time.

Meet Joel

Joel Lock started his Real Estate career in New York City working with renters and homeowners. In 2019, Joel and his partner made the decision to trade the skyscrapers of Manhattan for the palms of Los Angeles. Since joining the incredible team at Strand Hill, Joel has been focusing on working with clients who are also making the jump from New York City to LA.

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
