Dale Carlton, CRS, has worked as a real estate agent for over 20 years, and as an attorney for 19 years. Dale has worked with thousands of agents and attorneys to help them determine the best way to negotiate for their clients. He is a Professor teaching 5 master level courses, the past national president of RRC in 2015, and a national instructor focusing primarily on real estate related topics. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
