Meet Jack

Jack Cotton, CRS celebrates 48 years in the real estate business that began with a start-up in his college dorm room. Jack is a CRS Certified Instructor and well-known in Luxury Real Estate circles.


Meet Lucy

Lucy Cohen Blatter is the editorial director, of custom content at Barron's Group and Mansion Global. Prior to this role, Lucy served as managing editor of Barron's Group's Mansion Global, focusing on high-end real estate. She has years of experience in real estate journalism, including penning a weekly real estate column in the daily newspaper The New York Sun and serving as a reporter and editor for Brick Underground.


Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Powers, CRS, is a 32-year real estate industry veteran, a lifelong resident of Sonoma, CA, and a sixth-generation wine country resident. The last 16 years of her career have been spent with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she’s been recognized year after year as a Top 100 Sales Associate across their company-owned brokerages.


Meet Kyle

Kyle Shoren is a licensed real estate agent specializing in the North Atlanta Metro area. He is a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Luxury Real Estate Advisor. Kyle was born and raised in Hermosa Beach, California, and is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied history and economics. Additionally, Kyle was a member of UCLA's NCAA Division I golf team from 1995 through 1997. After graduation, Kyle worked as a teaching professional at Palos Verdes Golf Club in Southern California.

Kyle earned his MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and graduated with a concentration in marketing and finance (2005). Kyle then joined George P. Johnson, a top 10 experience marketing agency, where he worked directly for the CEO, Robert Vallee Jr. His focus was on competitive intelligence, corporate marketing, and account management. Kyle played a central role in the company's Corporate Brand Refresh as well as building its fledgling social media practice from 2006 to 2008.

Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
