With reports of foreclosure filings up over 150% in many areas there are rumors of coming problems. What does this mean for the real estate industry? How do we prepare for the shifting market? How do we communicate with our past and present clients what this means? Join us to discuss the real numbers and actual trends in foreclosure filings to better understand where we are at and where we might be headed. We will look closely at historical foreclosure data, the impact of the pandemic, and the pressure of rising interest rates on foreclosure trends.


Meet Dale


Dale Carlton, CRS has worked in the education field for over twenty-five years, working with non-profit organizations, under-grad students, universities, as an attorney, and largely in the real estate field. Dale is the owner of Carlton Realty, Inc. He was a broker during the sale of over $3 billion in properties, and has been addressing real estate legal issues for agents for over two decades. Dale is a CRS Certified Instructor and was the RRC President in 2015.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
