Buyers and sellers want us to be experts in negotiations. Even if you feel you are pretty good already, join this webinar and sharpen your skills! It all starts with understanding the players (including you and your go-to negotiation style) and how YOU can control the game. We also take a deep dive into some widely used negotiation techniques and explore the concepts of principled negotiation.

BONUS! Nationally recognized luxury REALTOR® and CRS Certified Instructor, Jack Cotton joins us toward the end of the webinar during the Q&A session and answer the age old question "Do you negotiate differently with luxury buyers and sellers?".
