How to Tame a Client

0 CREDITS

RECORDING

The demanding buyer wants you to drive them all over town, return calls at 10 pm, and wants to nickel and dime the home inspection? Seller wants to squeeze your commission, keep the house in disrepair and dictate the marketing program? Both are making you feel like dirt? We all have had difficult buyers and sellers that we couldn't wait to close, just to be able to hit the delete button on the keyboard. You CAN survive and thrive through their Clientzilla moments when you learn and deploy key "relationship management" skills.

Firing the client is too easy! Proven Relationship Management skills, systems, and scripts will help de-stress your life and close the sale regardless of the players.
