Meet April

April Stephens has cultivated a life marked by dedication, service, and community involvement. After graduating from Garner High School in 1999, April's commitment to her country led her to enlist in the Army National Guard, where she honorably served for four years, dedicating her full-time efforts to Raleigh. This period of military service instilled in her a profound sense of duty and teamwork, qualities that she would carry into her future endeavors.

After leaving the military, April had the opportunity to work for a general contractor as an office manager. She quickly fell in love with the entire new construction process. At the age of 23, April embarked on a new journey by pursuing her real estate license, a decision that sparked a deep-seated passion for the real estate industry. She learned the importance of building relationships with builders, developers, and other agents. She immersed herself in the home-building process to learn as much as possible to better represent her clients. She also wanted to understand the Commercial and development world so she regularly attended meetings and researched potential opportunities.

In 2008, new construction was greatly affected by the recession so April pivoted and went out into the world of general brokerage. She used everything she had learned to build her real estate business. She now leads a successful team averaging 350-400 transactions per year. She continues her love of new construction and regularly works with builders & developers.
