Superior communication skills are a core requirement for successful real estate agents, and at no time is communication more critical than during negotiations.


Your performance during negotiations will stick in your clients' minds and often serve as a key differentiator. The goal of this course is to provide a solid start to the negotiation process for residential real estate professionals. What are the concepts of negotiating? How will you lead the negotiation? Who is involved? What are your goals?


Whether you are negotiating a listing contract with a seller or the price of a home with a buyer, your negotiation skills directly influence the results you get.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
