This webinar recording will help participants better understand U.S. housing's fair housing history, where we are today along with our current 'blind spots', and powerful ways to reset and move forward in order to promote and ensure fair housing is truly for all as a fair housing advocate or what we like to call a Fair Housing DECODER.


This webinar will review the history of federal housing laws and real estate codes that initially codified unfair housing. You will understand key points and terms vital to adhering to federal fair housing laws.


Meet Dr. Lee Davenport

Armed with degrees in business, legal, and Bible studies, Dr. Lee Davenport is an international real estate educator (as well as a former RE/MAX managing broker and agent). Notably, her doctoral research (studying the lead generation success strategies of top agents) is published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Real Estate Education and Practice -- in other words, she knows her stuff! She has partnered with The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change to grant scholarships to real estate professionals to participate in their impactful online school. She is one of the four original hosts for the Atlanta REALTORS® Rundown podcast produced by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
