As more people become vaccinated, the hope of herd immunity and a return to normalcy is on the horizon. Oftentimes, it felt – and in many ways still feels – like this time would never come. However, now things are moving in full force, and it seems as if restrictions are being lifted too quickly. With these rapid changes and a lot of uncertainty in the midst, how do we still keep the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the forefront of our minds?

While the real estate industry is still learning much about historical inequities, practicing having difficult conversations, and beginning to create solutions to right past wrongs, how do we continue this work? With the rise in home prices and the purchasing of a home still merely a dream for many, what do we do about the widening of the wealth gap now and beyond the pandemic? Tune in for a panel discussion on “Continuing the Conversation Around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a Post-COVID Society”.
