A high-performance home is a dwelling that exists in harmony with its surrounding environment, conserving resources, and enhancing sustainability while reducing waste. Increasingly, homeowners are looking to feel good about the way their property interacts with the environment. They want a home that reduces their carbon footprint and works to put more back into the world around them. Recycle bins and lawn sprinklers on timers can only go so far. Buyers are motivated to go further, and this course will show you how to work with both buyers to find their dream home, and sellers to market these homes’ unique features.

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
