Meet Shay

Shay Hata is an Ivy League grad, mom, and residential Realtor in Chicago, IL with Berkshire Hathaway. She moved to Chicago in 2012 and jumped into real estate in a brand new city where she didn't know anyone and was new to real estate. Now 10 years later she averages 175 transactions a year and $75M in transaction volume and has a small team consisting of 2 other agents and 4 assistants. In 2020 Shay moved to Denver so Shay now runs her Chicago based team out of Denver, CO. Shay is passionate about animal rescue as well as making sure every child has access to a quality education, therefore, she donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups and local schools.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
