Meet Kevin


Kevin Tengan, CRS has more than twenty-five years of experience in digital media and technology development, with over ten years focused on marketing strategies in real estate. He was the co-founder of a brokerage firm in Hawaii before relocating to New England where he is now the vice president of operations and marketing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty.


Kevin is a Certified Residential Specialist, has served on both the Hawaii and New England Region Residential Real Estate Council leadership teams, and is an e-PRO® instructor. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked on advancing technologies in digital filmmaking for Academy Award® winning visual effects studios in Hollywood.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
