Many real estate agents struggle with writing property descriptions, finding them the most time-consuming and frustrating part of each new listing. Some end up leaving them blank or just listing a few figures that are available elsewhere in the MLS entry. However, property descriptions don't have to be a pain -- they can even be fun! Find out how to create better property descriptions, including what to write and what to leave out. In addition, you'll get back to the basics of what got you into real estate in the first place -- looking at beautiful houses and communicating their best features to potential buyers.

If you dread writing property descriptions or simply want to provide better service to your seller clients, this webinar is for you. Whether you're a new agent or an experienced agent who's reluctant to write, you'll find practical tips and actionable strategies for improving your property descriptions.
