"If you ever have a question about real estate, give me a call." We've all told people this in an effort to become their source of real estate information so that when they are ready to buy or sell, they'll think of us. This requires us to not only be the source of information about buying or selling but on every facet of the homeowner experience.

As the great Zig Ziglar said, "help enough people get what they want, and you'll get what you want." You can achieve your income goals by having sufficient contacts in your database and realizing this position in their minds. The three steps to make this happen are to have a market, have a message, and market the message.

Content marketing is a long-term strategy to build a strong relationship with your target audience by giving them relevant, high-quality content on a consistent basis. This session explains the process and execution in a way that will make it happen.
