Meet Leigh

Meet Peter

Peter Gallo is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of HomeSight Appraisal in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has been a residential real estate appraiser for over 30 years. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Peter holds a residential appraiser certification in NC, SC, and NY. He is also an active real estate broker with Keller Williams and has experience as a homebuilder, previously owning and operating Vision Homes of Western New York, a luxury/custom home building company. Peter currently serves as 2021 Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Forum, Region 8 Director for NC Realtors®, and a Director with Canopy® MLS. Peter is the co-founder, past president, and current Vice President of the NC Real Estate Appraiser Association. Peter also serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
