Current changes in the real estate industry are now forcing Brokers and agents to begin to rethink how to articulate their value to their customers and clients. In this session, we will discuss the current real estate lawsuits and the pending settlements and how to better understand the value an agent brings to the consumer.

It is important to know that consumers actually appreciate having representation to minimize risks and make good decisions in the purchase of what could be their single most important investment, their home.

With the uncertainty in the current real estate market Brokers and agents are going to need to rethink their business model and remain calm as they engage with today's buyers and sellers. Here we will go over what the consumer wants in a real estate agent and articulate their value.
