Apples to Apples: Finding the Right Price for Buyers & Sellers

0 CREDITS

RECORDING

Pricing a property isn't just for listing agents; being certain that a buyer is paying a reasonable price depends on understanding how to compare properties. What is a true comparable property, though? In this session, we'll look at the variables and the tolerance for adjustments that may need to be made. Increase your accuracy and decrease the likelihood of appraisal issues with the skills we'll review in this session.

Finding comps doesn't sound like nearly as much fun as some other parts of the real estate transaction, but it's arguably the most important part. While the market will determine the final sale price, our ability to accurately interpret the available information can make all the difference for the clients who trust us. Brush up on your skills and gain confidence in pricing with this class!
