Real Estate is all about relationships, and events is one of the most impactful ways to connect with your clients and maintain relationships beyond the transaction. This session will cover a year's worth of events, exploring a range of different types of interactions and activities you can create for your sphere. From small monthly happy hours to large annual parties, this session will discuss the who, what, when, where, and how for each type of event. We will also discuss budgets and ideas for partnering with vendors to offset costs.


Koki will walk through in details ways to create impactful events that will cause your guests to refer clients to you. Koki will also share scripts to use with vendors to have them partner on your events. Ultimately you'll walk away with nuggets that will help you create more business and increase revenue.


Meet Koki


Washington, DC native and Realtor® Magazine "30 under 30" recipient, Koki Adasi, CRS has a passion for three things in life: Family, Basketball, and Real Estate. Koki has been an active member of the greater DC real estate industry for over 15 years and works with clients in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. After working with hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years and being an investor in the market himself, Koki knows the DC area inside and out. With this knowledge and experience, Koki's clients receive the ultimate guidance during their home buying and selling process. Koki served as the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® GCAAR President, (GCAAR), in 2019, and was the Realtor® of the Year in 2020. Some may also recognize him from his appearances on HGTV's House Hunters or CNN's The Situation Room.

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
