Meet James

James Nellis, CRS is a third-generation REALTOR®. A CRS Instructor since 2007, he has written multiple CRS classes and instructed throughout the USA. James brings fresh insight into how technology can enhance relationships and business. Meet Shane

Shane White, CRS is the licensed broker/owner of RE/MAX Town and Country and serves as the CEO of the Shane T White Team. He took over the business from his father-in-law, Clyde Davis, who founded the company in the 1980s. Shane is deeply committed to continuing education and consistently stays updated on the current real estate market and potential changes.


Specializing in listing and selling properties across multiple counties in Texas, Shane has achieved great success throughout his career. In 2008, he was honored as a member of the Aggie 100 by Texas A&M, recognizing him as one of the 100 fastest-growing Aggie-owned or managed companies worldwide. This recognition was a result of his dedication to taking care of his clients and his ability to stay informed about the ever-evolving real estate climate.


Meet Tim

Tim Kuptz, CRS is a near resident native of Las Vegas since 1984. He’s a second generation REALTOR® since 1992, all with RE/MAX. Tim operates a client focused residential business entering its 4th decade where he manages more than $130 million in real estate in addition to sales. Tim's passion is to positively impact the lives of those around him - whether it is his family, his real estate team, the agents in his top producing brokerage or the more than 25 youth sports teams he’s coached over the years. Tim’s biggest fans are his wife of 26 years, LeeAnn and his 2 boys, Brandon 23 (3rd generation REALTOR®) and Ryan 20 - both in college, as well their 2 rescue dogs Buddy and Oakley.


Meet Todd

Todd Buckley is the Broker/Owner and team leader at The Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team. He works with many of our their seller clients by marketing their homes and negotiating sales. Todd focuses on creating an outstanding experience for both home sellers and buyers. He is involved with a number of local and national organizations and is committed to being at the forefront of the changing real estate industry.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
