Strong negotiation skills are paramount to success as an agent, especially in a shifting market. This course teaches the student best practice strategies and solutions to help their customer secure the winning position in a real estate transaction.

  • Identify the needs of each negotiating party and set clear expectations. 
  • Understand key moments in a negotiation and obstacles that may be encountered.
  • Develop tactics that equip a party to navigate the negotiating field. 
  • Create a winning strategy from first meeting to the closing table.
  • Unpack the logistics of positioning and the interests that drives decision making. 
  • Re-frame objections as opportunities to advance the parties interests.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
