The Buyer’s Advocate is a comprehensive course designed for real estate professionals who represent buyers in purchasing homes or investment properties. The goal of this course is to enhance the skills and knowledge of buyer’s agents so that they can better serve their clients. The course ensures that real estate professionals can advocate for their buyers, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed for successful transactions.

• Explore the true value of a Buyer’s Agent in a real estate transaction.
• Learn how to prepare a better Buyer’s presentation prior to representation. 
• Assist Buyer’s Agent in becoming their client’s Assistant Buyer.
• Prepare Buyer’s Agent to conduct essential research and disclosures concurrent with representation.
• Become thoroughly versed in the purpose and use of a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement.
• Be cognizant of industry changes that may change how Buyer’s Agent may be compensated

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
