Meet Andrew
Andrew Cotton left a career with a well-known hedge fund in NYC in 2010 to begin a new adventure in real estate investments. At first, he was focused on buying multi-family rental buildings in Rhode Island with the occasional flip project mixed in. The business has matured, now averaging 80-100 flips per year combined with the acquisition of up to 500 apartments per year to retain for investment. He has built a growing team of forty people to help acquire, refurbish and manage multi-family properties for himself and others.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
