Five Elements of a Photo that Sells Homes
0 CREDITS
RECORDING
You have one second to capture the attention of a buyer on line with a fabulous photo of your listing. Get it right… they linger and view the next photograph. If not, its NEXT! The more of the five elements you can capture in one photo, the more likely you are to capture, thrill, enthrall and ultimately sell.
Everyone takes photos of their listings, most often going through the motions or letting a photographer run loose. Not only will you learn how to 'art direct' your photographer to more compelling photos, you'll be able to explain your process to sellers resulting in a major point of differentiation between you and the competition.
