Smart Home Certification

The Smart Home Certification equips agents with specialized knowledge to meet the growing demand for tech-savvy properties, giving them the tools to stay ahead in an evolving market. Through in-depth training, participants will learn to identify and evaluate smart home features, assess their impact on property value, and educate clients about the advantages of these technologies.

 

The program also addresses privacy considerations, security concerns, and best practices for managing smart home transitions during a sale. By completing this certification, agents demonstrate their commitment to staying current with industry trends, enhancing their value to clients, and positioning themselves as trusted advisors in the smart home space.

 

You may complete these courses in any order.

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Self Paced Learning

  • Identify standard smart home features and explain their functions and benefits to clients.
  • Evaluate how smart technologies influence home value and buyer appeal.
  • Address client concerns about smart home privacy, data security, and ownership transfer.
  • Apply best practices for managing smart home device transitions during property sales.
