Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Self Paced Learning

  • Apply negotiation strategies to resolve client objections and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze psychological drivers behind client behavior to improve communication and trust.
  • Demonstrate techniques for managing high-stakes or emotionally charged discussions.
  • Use structured negotiation frameworks to confidently guide clients through complex decisions.

Choose either an additional self paced or classroom course to complete the certification:

Classroom

  • Establish and maintain rapport with other parties in a negotiation

  • Learn about other parties needs and identify their interests

  • Effectively prepare for negotiations by exploring actionable solutions and creating a game plan

  • Respond more effectively to issues that commonly arise during your transactions

  • Have an outstanding initial client meeting with clearly defined expectations
  • Expand on concepts of the negotiation process, such as effective questioning and listening techniques
  • Identify client interests, goals and how their personalities affect each.

Get Certified

Once you have completed all of the necessary course requirements you will earn the certificate noted above.
